Software Carpentry Workshop: July 23-24, 2015 (Branner Library)

CEHG and the University Libraries are hosting a two-day Software Carpentry workshop for biology graduate students and postdocs who want to learn core computing skills for getting more done in less time and who are familiar with the command line interface and basic programming concepts (like loops and functions). Short tutorials will alternate with practical exercises, and all instruction will be done via live coding. Workshops are currently fully enrolled with 16 out of 20 registrants from CEHG-affiliated labs. For more information, open the Word doc below.
